Jolly Buoy Island is the star attraction of the Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park — shallow, glass-clear water over coral gardens make for some of the easiest, most rewarding snorkelling in the Andamans.

A strict no-plastic zone, it alternates seasonally with Red Skin Island as part of an ongoing reef conservation effort.
